• Norwegian and international equities. (The general rule is that the securities are listed or in the process of being listed on a well recognised exchange. Only very occasionally will the company participate in unlisted issues, and then only within a business area well known by the management.)
• Bonds and other interest bearing securities (primarily denominated in NOK)

Real Estate:

• Commercial properties in Norway (generally in eastern Norway)
• Residential properties in Hamburg, Germany
• Occasional participation in syndicated projects within commercial property

At the moment the company does NOT invest in the following areas:

• Equity Mutual Funds (with a possible slight exception of very specialized funds within certain geographic or industrial areas where the management possesses limited expertise)
• Private Equity Funds
• Hedge Funds
• Projects within shipping, rigs etc.
• Derivatives
• Other structured products
